If you are a beginner you will find here all you need to start practicing Ashtanga Yoga with us.
- Please chose a class level 1 or 2 on the first week of each month (Intro to mysore L1 or Led Class L2) and drop in 10 minutes before class.

Any one can practice yoga, if you have any special challenge or weakness start with level 1 or Mysore class, these are classes where you will have special attention, and the practice will be adjusted to your benefit
Ashtanga yoga is a therapy beneficial for every one, dont be afraid to come and do a class.
If you are sure you want to register
- We recommend that you practice at least two days of the week, on classes Level 1 and 2
(Intro to mysore L1 or Led class L2). You can register anytime in the month, but it's always more convenient at the beginning
- To register, drop In 10minutes before a class
- Dont eat at least 1h30min before a class
- Bring comfortable clothes
