SUNDAY GROUP CLASSES
On Sunday everyone is welcome.
These classes are for all levels, if you are a beginner or a very advanced yoga student we practice as ONE.
How it works :
- It starts with 30 minutes meditation
- The first hour of class is composed of easy postures and easy
- The second hour of class starts increasing the intensity and the velocity. Nevertheless, all postures , even the most difficult, are build in baby steps allowing even the beginners to experience the first steps.
- All Advanced students are welcome to do self practice during the last 30/45 minutes of class in order to receive help from the teacher in the more challenging postures.

One of the steps of ashtanga yoga is the develpment of our body, our breathing and our concentration.
In Mysore, India a student of Krishnamacharia called Pattabhi Jois created different traditional sequences of postures that are in our school an essential foundation to learn and develop your yoga experience on the mat.
These Sequences have been learned and practiced by millions of people all over the world, they are known as the traditional sequences of ashtanga yoga of Pattabhi Jois and were developed at Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute, Mysore India.
