Traditional Yoga.
Our yoga practice, focus on traditional knowledge and how to overcome any limitation caused by the solidification process, natural to the human evolution.
Solidification is a natural process caused by the stagnation of mental, body and breathing patterns.
Resulting in the lack of ability to become aware or conscious of something in its truth.
Everything we perceive, is adulterated by the mind to conform with what as been previous lived, creating false beliefs and most of all false perception of what is.
Traditional knowledge along with religions is present in every place in the world and it has been carried on from the time that the mind was not only working at a rational level but instead was using the full 100% of its abilities, that go far beyond rationalization.
The time when Man and God were one.
Traditions came far before there was any book or writing capacities, and for this reason they have been passed on by oral tradition from teacher to student until now days.
Yoga is one of the traditional ways to see/find the truth, and be connected with something greater than the individuality of each being.
During our classes, independently of the differences that make each one of us unique, we move with the intention of gaining the knowledge that stands above the achievement of three main goals.
1 - The achievement of tranquility.
2 - The achievement of deep concentration.
3 - The achievement of capacity to *wait.-
